Research On The Evaluation Of BH E-business Enterprise's Financial Management Ability

The financial management ability is an important part of enterprise soft power,which directly determines the final success or failure of the enterprise.With the fierce competition in the market,enterprises must improve their financial management ability in order to ensure their high-efficiency operation and obtain good economic benefits.Once the financial management ability of the enterprise appears insufficient,it will adversely affect the stability of the enterprise's production and management,and hinder the sustainable development of the enterprise.In order to effectively improve the financial management ability of enterprises and make the financial management of enterprises more standardized,it is necessary to adopt scientific methods to evaluate the ability of financial management.And further,the key to the financial management of the enterprise is accurately grasped,and the effective measures are further developed and taken.In this paper,BH e-commerce as the research object,first of all,the research background,significance,theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research status of a simple description.Secondly,the prism evaluation model is constructed based on the influencing factors.Finally,the paper evaluates the financial management ability of BH e-commerce enterprise by using the prism evaluation model,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financial management ability of BH e-commerce enterprise.The result shows that the financial management ability of BH e-commerce enterprise is 80.79.Through this score,it can show that it has a strong management ability.Among all the dimensions,the difference of the satisfaction dimension of the stakeholders is the largest,7.533,The difference rate of business process dimension is the largest,23.32%.In the satisfaction dimension of the stakeholders,there are some defects in the return on assets,which should be further improved.In the dimension of stakeholder contribution,market share has great defects and should be further improved.In the organizational strategy and business process,the turnover rate of assets has great defects.It should be further improved in the dimension of organizational capability,the level of innovation and the employee's educational background.There are defects in the situation,which should be further improved.On the basis of prism model,it is feasible to evaluate the financial management of enterprises,and it has good applicability at the same time.In addition,the research results of this paper provide a brand-new research perspective to evaluate the financial management ability,and make a good theoretical supplement to the financial management ability.
