Research On Evaluation Of Knowledge Transfer Capability In ERP Implementation Project

As the advanced and complex management information system basing on the IT technique, ERP is becoming more of a concern by companies all over the world. But only10%to15%is successful, unfinished and partly integrated covers15to25%, and almost50%are totally failed, that statistic shows that ERP faces a big challenge to China. According to research and analysis of ERP projects, the reasons for the failure are concluded as following, staff cannot fix or maintain the system after upper line by themselves, ERP even shows as a garbage to the company, so ERP seems to be useless or wasteful. It is a process that new management model and thinking mode being leaded to fixed ones of company to the ERP implementation project, that can be a process of knowledge transfer which is happened during or before the implementing process, that depends weather it will take profit to a company.The paper will take the theories of knowledge management and knowledge transfer and math assessment methods and specific features of ERP implementation project in to consideration. Then, a assessment system will be founded basing on the improved performance Prism model; BP artificial net, Analytic Hierarchy Progress and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method will be used to training net and stimulating forecasting, and the detail evaluation will be available to every stages.Finally, there will be a evaluate tool targeting at the capability of knowledge transfer to ERP implementation project. What’s more important is it can be used to appraise the result and reflect the former effect which will be a conference to next stage. Basing on the self-assessment and self-control, team will improve their implementation capability and deliver over the project successfully.At the end of this paper, a case from U company will be an example to illustrate the research result.
