In view of Internet enterprises,this paper systematically studies the application of big data in human resource management system.In the middle of the last century,Peter Drucker wrote the book "management practice",which took the lead in defining the concept and connotation of"human resources".The management mode of modern enterprise to human resources has gradually changed from personnel management to human resource management,so that human capital management is later.After entering the new century,the economic market has become more inclusive,open and more competitive.In the new era,modern enterprises begin to realize that talent is the most important resource of an enterprise.The essence of the competition is talent competition,only with a high level and high quality personnel,and Only by fully developing and utilizing can we create more high-quality products and services,thereby expanding market share and strengthening our competitiveness.Twenty-first Century entered the information age,especially in the third Intermet revolution process,the Internet is more popular,computer technology is becoming mature,which leads to the explosion of information,data explosion,the world ushered in the era of big data.In the era of big data,enterprise human resource management has also ushered in a new development opportunity,especially Internet companies have greater advantages.However,although the well-known Internet enterprises in China have withdrawn from large data technology and vigorously publicize the potential of large data applications,the overall application situation is still in its infancy,and the large data technology has been widely used in the marketing field.Talent is the most important resource of modem enterprise.Human resource management is always the core content of enterprise management.How to quote the idea and technology of "big data" in the system of human resource management so as to greatly improve the efficiency of enterprise human resource management,which is a subject of great research value.In this study,the research background is briefly introduced,and the research progress on large data theory and human resource management at home and abroad is summarized.Then,the relevant theories of large data are introduced,and the application value of large data in human resource management is analyzed.Secondly,the objective analysis is made in the management of human resources in the enterprise.With the feasibility of large data,this paper probes into the specific human resource management module.Finally,it analyzes the practical experience of large Internet companies such as Tencent Inc and Google Corporation to apply large data to human resource management,and then selects the medium and small enterprises A as the object,and cites large data technology in human resource management.The application of the problem is studied in detail.In the field of human resource management,large data technology can be applied to personnel recruitment and selection,talent evaluation and development,talent assessment and incentive modules.This paper also describes the large data application methods for large Internet enterprises and small and medium Internet enterprises,and then selects A company as an object to carry out empirical research.The related application methods are quoted in the practice of human resource management of A company,and make an objective evaluation of the application effect,analyze the problems and summarize the experience,thus provide guidance for the follow-up practical application,finally improve the efficiency of the enterprise human resource management,adapt to the competitive environment in the time of large data,and seek for the market competition.Dominant position.
