A Study On Spatial-temporal Pattern Of Infrastructure Investment In The Process Of Urbanization Of Yunnan Province

The infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province has a relatively weak foundation and history.As China establishes the market-oriented economic system,the development of urban infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province rises substantially and rapidly.But compared with developed provinces,Yunnan still has issues like low urbanization rate,population gap and infrastructure gap between urban and rural areas.Especially that the states(cities)and counties(districts)has different terrain and population situations,we should pay more attention to the new urbanization characteristics in promoting the development of the urbanization construction,and balance different area's infrastructure investment levels,which is of extreme importance to social and economic development.Infrastructure is a crucial support for development.Based on the geographical perspective,this paper studies the scale-process-pattern-mechanism paradigm of infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province,analyzes the temporal and spatial differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province,reveals the correlation between infrastructure investment and urbanization level in Yunnan Province,and analyzes the cities of infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province by means of coefficient of variation,Moran's I index.The difference between counties is simulated and analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for infrastructure investment in Yunnan Province in the process of urbanization are discussed.The research has certain reference significance for the relevant decisions of Yunnan Province,and can also be related to the urbanization construction of Yunnan Province.The related research is supplemented and verified,combined with use,which provides the basis for the innovative research of new urbanization construction in Yunnan Province.From the aspects of level,regional difference,relativity,pattern and agglomeration degree,it is found that urban infrastructure in Yunnan province has the following characteristics:(1)in the promotion of urbanization in Yunnan Province,the government has led the investment andconstruction of urbanization,the level of infrastructure investment has been greatly improved,and the prescription characteristics are more obvious,which plays an important role in the field of infrastructure investment,but the capital structure and source show obvious imbalance,and the increase and total amount of investment are slightly insufficient.It can not meet the strong demand of urbanization.(2)Yunnan Province has invested a lot of money in infrastructure construction,which obviously plays an important role in promoting the level of urbanization in Yunnan Province,but it also brings many problems.(3)there is an obvious correlation between infrastructure investment and urbanization level in Yunnan Province.(3)there is an obvious correlation between infrastructure investment and urbanization level in Yunnan Province..In the process of urbanization in Yunnan Province,more attention is paid to infrastructure investment such as energy,science and technology information,and the pulling effect is obvious.(4)the spatial pattern of Yunnan Province is middle protruding and spreading around.The infrastructure investment of central Yunnan urban agglomeration and northeast Yunnan urban agglomeration has always been the key investment area,while other regions such as east,west,north and south,southeast and so on are partial agglomeration diffusion areas.The city in central Yunnan is the key area of Yunnan's economic development.Kunming,the capital of Yunnan Province,is the core area of politics,society,science and technology,and the economic core area.The increase of urban population,infrastructure investment is also the highest level of urbanization.(5)some cities in Yunnan Province The investment in urban infrastructure in counties and districts is not coordinated with the development of urbanization,and the regional development is quite different,which is generally high in the north and low in the south and low in the east and west.This imbalance is closely related to the development of urbanization,mainly affected by population,resources and environment,geography,economic development policies and other factors,but the gap is gradually narrowing.
