Analysis Of The Evolution Of The Spatial And Temporal Pattern Of The New Urbanization Level In Chongqing And The Relationship With The Economic Level

It is of great significance to guide the new urbanization in the region by exploring the evolution law of the spatial and temporal pattern of the new urbanization.Urbanization is a dynamic process in a long time space,which is produced by the economic level of human beings and the development of society at a certain stage.The economic level affects the development of the urbanization process.The development of good economic level promotes the promotion of new urbanization effectively,and the continuous evolution of urbanization will also promote the economic development of the economy.The study of mutual promotion of two aspects is of great significance to the sustainable development of the region.Along with the "national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)" the implementation of the mode of city development must start facing the transition from the traditional way of pie,before gradually to the resource-saving and environment-friendly new urbanization development mode.Therefore,taking 38 districts and counties of Chongqing as an example,relying on the relevant data,we build a new urbanization level evaluation system.We use the comprehensive weight TOPSIS and spatial autocorrelation method to analyze the temporal spatial pattern evolution rule and economic level development of Chongqing's new urbanization level in the past 2000-2015 years.First of all,this paper selects two or three representative population index proportion of industry in the process of urbanization,spatial index selection area of the city area and the per capita area of built-up area represents the new urbanization process,select the proportion of the two or three industry,per capita GDP,per capita net income per capita of social consumer goods retail sales with the farmers economic indicators of new urbanization process in the selection,the balance of savings deposits of urban and rural residents of rural information coverage and public transport vehicles have social and health indicators of the number of beds on behalf of the new urbanization process,selection of built-up area green coverage,garbage,sewage treatment rate and ecological indicators of air quality standards days on behalf of the new urbanization process.To construct the new urbanization evaluation index system,evaluate the new urbanization of the 38 counties of Chongqing City,at the same time,from the overall strength,welfare and prosperity 3 aspects of 12 indexes were selected to construct the index system of the development level of county economy,38 districts in Chongqing city economic development level analysis.Secondly,by integrating the new urbanization and the comprehensive score of economic development into the coupling degree model,we calculate the coupling relationship between the development of new urbanization and economic development in all districts and counties of Chongqing.The results show that the region has a certain characteristics of the development of new urbanization of Chongqing city;the Chongqing new urbanization development level of spatial and temporal pattern of differences;in Chongqing,the new urbanization space strong correlation,mainly for the Chongqing city 9 area high high agglomeration,the surrounding counties of "high low" agglomeration Wanzhou and the surrounding counties,"low high" agglomeration,and the northeast and southeast of Chongqing "low-low" agglomeration pattern;in Chongqing and economic development of new towns in the space of mutual promotion,coupling relationship in the space of positive correlation;the Chongqing new urbanization and economy coordinated development to speed up the coupling to promote the integration of urban and rural infrastructure and the equalization of public service and the development of new urbanization.
