Research On The Private Banking Business Development Of Changshu Branch Of Bank A

As an import,Private banking has experienced more than 10 years of development in China.In the process of development,it has been gradually and continuously localized and has achieved a leap from scratch.The reason is due to China' s economic boom,the rapid growth of social wealth and the continuous growth of high net worth population.Domestic banks are constantly exploring the development mode of private banking business in China,and all hope to dominate the competition in China' s wealth management market.Taking the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the development of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A by expounding the research documents of domestic and foreign researchers on the private banking business,supplemented by relevant theories used in the management of commercial banks and using SWOT analysis tools.First of all,using the above theory,this paper analyzes the current development situation of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A and the development problems encountered in the development of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A.Combined with the research on the internal and external development environment of Changshu Branch of Bank A,SWOT analysis model is adopted to analyze the driving factors and hindering factors in the development of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A.Then,based on the analysis results,this paper puts forward strategies for the development of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A under the current situation.This article aims to promote the development of the private banking business of Changshu Branch of Bank A,hoping that Changshu Branch of Bank A will gain an absolute advantage in the field of private banking business.
