Research On The Progress Management Of Virtual Tourism Project Of "MengHuiJiaWu"

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,more and more people choose to travel,and people's requirements for tourism experience are getting higher and higher.In order to cope with this development trend,scenic spots have carried out innovation.Virtual tourism software is one of the best ways to innovate and reform the tourism industry.However,virtual tourism projects are complex software development projects,such as complex 3D logic modeling,real-time reproduction of virtual scenes,multi-process development process,and real-time interaction between people in the virtual world and the real world.Faced with such a complex project,and the frequent changes in requirements and plans during the implementation of the project,such as the absence of scientific and effective management it is bound to seriously affect the duration and cost of the project.This also makes the virtual tourism project schedule management becomes increasingly important.In this paper,through consulting a large number of schedule management and virtual tourism information,data,from the Angle of system,a comprehensive understanding of the virtual tourism and tourism project progress management,studies how to make full use of modern project management theory and knowledge,select "MengHuiJiaWu " project as the research object,draw a set of suitable for virtual tourism project schedule management plan.The main contents include:summarize the research background and significance of virtual tourism project schedule management,relevant theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad;Problems of the current virtual tourism project schedule management and management characteristics are analyzed,with the actual development of virtual tourism project "MengHuiJiaWu" as the research object,from the project selection,project division,progress plan,schedule control and other aspects,use of WBS,network plan and the critical path method to the project task decomposition,logical relationship between various tasks and time limit for a project optimization.This paper analyzes and explains the progress management process of the project.Compared with the general software project management method,the text has the advantages of faster response speed and more accurate prediction according to the characteristics of virtual tourism projects,and has a good control and adaptability to the demand changes and other issues in virtual tourism projects.At the same time,this paper is of positive significance to the development of virtual tourism industry in China.On the one hand,the research of virtual tourism project management enriches the application scope of modern project management and provides the relevant theoretical basis of management;On the other hand,this paper applies the theory to the actual development projects,and provides a new idea for the management of virtual tourism development enterprises,which has a positive impact on the development and maturity of virtual tourism industry.
