Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Urban Rail Transit In Suzhou

Urban rail Transit as a part of urban public utilities,how to optimize and solve some of the problems in its management process,improve its public carrying capacity,speed up the improvement of operational efficiency is the key.Through the study of the basic concepts and theoretical basis,reference and analysis of foreign cities in the rail transit legislation and other aspects of the Enlightenment,combined with the domestic existing rail transit policy to think.Based on the analysis of the current operation status of Suzhou rail transit,on the basis of the existing policy,the passenger flow data of Suzhou rail transit over the years are investigated.This paper focuses on the analysis of the predicament and cause of Suzhou Rail transit management system,mainly analyzes the construction speed,the degree of passenger flow attraction,the public emergency treatment ability,the public service innovation way a total of four factors.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward,and from four aspects of policy,system,technology and concept,the paper puts forward the rectification opinions and feasible measures to speed up the construction of the track,improve the operation efficiency,put new equipment,strengthen the service publicity,and finally realize the leap improvement of the operation efficiency of the urban rail transit.
