Research About The Degree And Path Of City-industry Integration In Shaanxi Province Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the economic transformation and improvement of urbanization level,urbanization,as a necessary impetus in the process of socioeconomic development,which has made great progress in Shaanxi province.At present,Shaanxi is at a critical stage of urbanization reform,however,problems such as irrational industrial structure,limited population capacity,incomplete unban function and imbalanced development between industries and city still exist during the development of Shaanxi.For the sake of social welfare,it has been the breakthrough how to harmonize and promote benign interaction between city and industry.Therefore,city integration plays a significant influence during the development of urbanization.This paper will analyze the status,influence factors and design problems of city integration from the perspective of improving human utility level,leading to the abundance of city integration study,which provides both theory and practice support for human-oriented urbanization transformation.This essay will follow a route of theoretic mechanism,situation measurement,influence factors,path design and policy suggestion.Firstly,the thesis will explain the internal mechanism of action for city-industry integration based on relevant papers and studies.Then,build comprehensive evaluation system for city integration,and asses the relevant performance of 10 cities in Shanxi province from 2003 to 2016.In addition,analyze influence factors of Shanxi’s city integration by using the constructed FGLS regression model.Last but not least,put forward the difference of city integration’s total route among Shanxi,Guanzhong,Shannan as well as Shanbei districts,then offer policy proposals.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the target samples(10 cities in Shanxi province)show a little upward trend in the development of city integration,with higher coupling degree but lower harmony between city and industries.Xian,as the provincial capital,present great superiority and realize the transformation from low-level harmony to middle-level harmony firstly during the development of city integration.While,there are space difference among the development for the three districts’ city-industry integration.Compared Shannan and Shanbei,Guanzhong attains better coupling degree and city-industry harmony.Secondly,as for the influence factors,industrial relative output,service relative output and city scale make great contributions to the advancement of city-industry integration in Shanxi province.Otherwise,differences still exist on the direction and magnitude among the three districts,indicating that territorial classification is necessary for the study of city-industry integration development route.Thirdly,the development route needs to pay attention to “the need of human”,optimize city-industry spatial arrangement,promote industrial structure,built modern service system and.improve city operational efficiency.From the perspective of resources,economy and development route design,the three districts are different.In detail,Guanzhong need strengthen urban infrastructure,build modern industrial system,balance district development and focus on innovation.Shannan need develop recycling industry,modernize unban infrastructure,intensify ecological environment protection.Shanbei is expected to make high-end energy industry,improve industrial support ability and environment carrying capacity and achieve comprehensive communication as well as cooperation.
