| The integration of industry and city is the goal of coordinated and sustainable development.The rapid economic development and continuous improvement of the urbanization rate have gradually improved the urbanization level of Anhui Province and become an important driving force for the healthy development of the social economy.At present,there are still some problems in the new urbanization construction of Anhui province,such as unreasonable industrial structure,limited industrial agglomeration ability and uncoordinated development of industry and city due to the mismatch between urban function and urban population demand.How to coordinate the relationship between industry and urban development in Anhui Province,and promote the benign interaction and integration of industry and urban development,and ultimately improve the social welfare of residents,has become the key issue of new-type urbanization development in Anhui Province.This paper analyzes the current situation of industry-city integrated development in Anhui province,explores the obstacles in the development of industry-city integrated development in Anhui province,and designs the development path.It can not only enrich the research system of industry-city integrated development,but also has important theoretical and practical significance for expanding industry-city integrated development under the background of new urbanization.The research idea of this paper is as follows: theoretical basis-current situation measurement-obstacle identification-path design-policy suggestions.First of all,literature studies and theories related to industry-city integration are summarized,the connotation of industry-city integration under the background of new urbanization is expounded,and the mechanism of industry-city integration under the background of new urbanization is clarified.Secondly,the evaluation index system of industry-city integration development level in Anhui province was constructed,and uses the entropy method to measure and analyze the development level of the integration of industry and city in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2020.Then,the obstacle degree model was used to further find out the main obstacle factors affecting the industry-city integration development in Anhui Province.Finally,combined with the actual situation of Anhui Province and the conclusions drawn from the analysis,the overall development path of industry-city integration in Anhui Province was put forward,and the targeted development path and policy guarantee for industry-city integration in central Anhui,southern Anhui and northern Anhui respectively.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From 2011 to 2020,the integrated development level of industry and city in 16 cities in Anhui Province has been improved,but the overall level is not balanced.The capital cities of Hefei and Wuhu are developing well in the integration of industry and city,and the coordination degree of urban middle cities in the province is the first to develop from low level to high level,while other cities are still in the stage of industry and city development.From the perspective of spatial distribution changes,the development level of industry-city integration in the three regions of Anhui province was improved during the study period.The industry-city coupling degree and industry-city coupling coordination degree in central Anhui Province were higher than those in southern and northern Anhui province.Cities with high industry-city coordination degree were mainly concentrated in central and southern Anhui Province,and few cities achieved high-level integration status.(2)The obstacle degree model is used to analyze the obstacle factors of the integrated development of industry and city in Anhui province.The results show that the level of urban transportation construction,the living standard of urban residents and the education level of urban residents are the main factors hindering the integrated development of industry and city in Anhui Province.In terms of specific indicators,the population of 100,000 people with education level,per capita GDP,industrial electricity consumption,Internet access users,number of patents granted,highway passenger volume,passenger turnover and disposable income of urban residents are the main obstacles to the coordinated development of industrial and urban integration in Anhui Province.(3)In the design of the industrial and urban integration development path of Anhui province,it is necessary to attach importance to the role of the key factors of people in the transformation and optimization of industrial structure and the benign development of cities and towns,cultivate the leading industries with regional characteristics,rationally plan the spatial layout of cities and towns,improve the functions of cities and towns,improve the efficiency of cities and towns,promote the coordinated development of provinces and regions,and realize the complementarity of advantages.The three regions in Anhui Province have different conditions,endowments,stages of industry-city integration and development obstacles,so it is necessary to design a differentiated development path.Northern Anhui should strengthen the development of characteristic agricultural industry,innovate the mode of industrial undertaking,enhance the support of agriculture for the integration of industry and city in northern Anhui,accelerate the development of urbanization in northern Anhui,and improve the service level of urban and rural areas in northern Anhui.It is necessary to strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation in middle Anhui,give full play to the role of innovation promotion,perfect the development system of service industry and strengthen the construction of ecological civilization.Southern Anhui should strengthen the construction of road transportation system,improve the regional interconnection system,build cultural and tourism industry,develop new business forms of cultural and tourism,grasp the economic development opportunity of
