Nowadays,the rapid growth of economic globalization hassled to fierce competition among enterprises.Many enterprises have adjusted their business strategies in order to enhance their core competitiveness.At the same time,more and more entrepreneurs are gradually realizing that in the fierce competition,the performance management of the entire organization has become a key factor for their development.As an important part of modern human resource management,performance management is closely related to the overall strategic goals of the company and employees.Therefore,on the basis of the actual situation of the enterprise,how to build a reasonable performance appraisal system has become one of the urgent tasks of today’s enterprises.As the two most typical methods of strategic performance management,the localization of Key Performance Indicators(KPI)and Balanced Scorecards(BSC)has been used for more than a decade.In the process of practice,some comprehensive researches based on the construction and design of “KPI and BSC combination”have achieved good results.In this thesis,we take the JT Land Development Division as an example.The company is a national enterprise.It mainly focuses on the rapid growth of rail transit related resource management and services.The business scope covers investment and financing,rail transit construction and operation,infrastructure construction,high-end equipment manufacturing and rail transit resource development.As the scale of JT expands continuously,JT has put forward to higher requirements for internal operations.Therefore,in order to continuously improve the company’s core competitiveness,how to improve the performance appraisal system and establish and maintain advantages in the long-term,competition have great practical significance.This paper expounds the significance and research content of the thesis,and starts the basic concept of performance appraisal.Based on this,the purpose and function of performance appraisal are analyzed.Combining the characteristics of JT company land development division,this paper uses data analysis method to demonstrate and analyze the current situation and problems of performance evaluation of JT company land development division.And it proposes the adoption of “BSC-based KPI” according to the modernperformance appraisal theory.The assessment method improves the performance appraisal system,combines the performance of the land development business unit with the overall performance of the company,establishes performance appraisal indicators,formulates performance appraisal standards,and clarifies the weights of performance appraisal indicators and performance appraisal cycle.In the end of the thesis,summary and the future will be concluded.There are six parts in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,and the research content and framework.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories,and proposes a performance evaluation system,key performance indicators and balanced scorecard related theories.The third chapter is to demonstrate and analyze the current situation and existing problems of performance evaluation of JT land development division by using theoretical methods and data analysis methods.The fourth chapter is to further study of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of JT land development division through internal environment,external environment and SWOT analysis,and optimize the performance evaluation system of JT land development division,and formulate performance evaluation plan based on BSC KPI.The fifth chapter is based on the development strategy of the land division,and proposes the safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance evaluation system optimization plan.The sixth chapter is conclusions and prospects of the research:summarizing and optimizing the role of JT company land development business performance evaluation system research in the future development,as well as the shortcomings in the research. |
