Study On Optimization Of Rural Tourism Service System In Xinxiang City

Nowadays,tourism has become an important way for people to relax themselves and adjust their tense work and life.The pressure brought by urbanization and modernization has made the yearning for nature become an instinctive human need.Therefore,rural tourism has become a new choice of tourism,and widely been concerned by people.In fact,the essence of rural tourism is a kind of social activity for people to enjoy their life.Whether the activity can be carried out smoothly depends on the supporting services.Rural tourism service system is a complex tourism service system,and the further improvement of its service quality mainly depends on the overall coordination between tourism and the service management system in variously social fields.Taking the rural tourism service system as the object of study,this paper defines the concepts of rural tourism,tourism service,tourism service system and humanistic care,introduces the theoretical basis of relevant research,and summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research with the method of literature research,so as to point out the direction for the optimization of rural tourism service system in xinxiang city.Humanistic care is a kind of modern advanced idea,this paper expounds the driving force of humanistic care to rural tourism service system,and analyzes the effect between them,and points out the importance of humanistic care to the optimization of rural tourism service system.On the basis of the basic theories of management,market science and tourism,the analysis and study of the various elements and specific contents of the four sub-systems of rural tourism in Xinxiang City.Through on-the-spot investigation pointed out that the problem,the lack of humanistic care,exists in the elements of xinxiang rural tourism service system,summary and analysis the reason,and then put a forward the optimizationcountermeasures of xinxiang rural tourism service system.These suggestions are strengthening the concept of humanities concern of tourism subject,and making it highly fit the tourists’ demands;Improving the service quality of rural tourism and meet the tourists’ demands for spiritual experience;Strengthen the application of scientific and technological innovation to improve the comfort level of tourists;Promoteing the construction of friendly tourist destinations and creating a humanistic tourism environment.
