Study On The Construction Of Regional Agricultural Product Supply Short Chain Model And Operation Guarantee Mechanism

As a big agricultural country,China wants to balance the income level of residents,and the only stable way to achieve common prosperity is to effectively increase farmers' economic income.However,in recent years,the cost loss and quality and safety issues of China's agricultural products have been very serious,and the circulation of agricultural products has attracted the attention of the central government.The agricultural product supply chain links production with consumption,which can not only effectively solve the problem of agricultural product supply,but also better meet consumer demand,thereby guiding the healthy development of agricultural production.By establishing an efficient agricultural product logistics supply model,it is an urgent problem to reduce the agricultural product logistics loss and logistics cost,improve food safety,and improve the efficiency of agricultural product logistics.This article uses Zhongshan City as an example to study.By analyzing the current situation of China 's agricultural product supply chain model,it is found that there are too many agricultural product circulation links in China 's existing agricultural product supply chain model,the cold chain logistics system is incomplete,and the agricultural product supply network is chaotic and lacking.Core organization guidance,information asymmetry,and other issues.Based on the experience of foreign advanced agricultural product supply short-chain models,the case study of constructing and optimizing the agricultural product supply chain in Zhongshan city was proposed,and the leading agricultural products supply centered on leading enterprises and commercial supermarkets.Short chain integration model,and put forward suggestions for optimization of self-built production bases and processing and distribution centers.From the direction of conforming to the law of social development,this study explores the use of the "Internet + Agriculture" to create and improve the latest short-chain agricultural product model-the new community agricultural product-home consumption model,and examined the short-term agricultural product supply chain during the new crown epidemic this year.It was found that the short supply chain of agricultural products during the epidemic period has reached the application effect of solving the residents' material needs during the epidemic prevention and isolation period,solving the problem of difficult sales and low selling prices for farmers,and maintaining social stability.On this basis,this study proposes countermeasures to encourage the establishment of agricultural professional cooperatives,accelerate the development and improvement of the cold chain logistics system,and improve the short-chain supplymodel of agricultural products in China.,Abandon the issue of agricultural production,and put forward a guarantee mechanism to guarantee the operation of the short-chain integrated model of agricultural product supply in China.
