Network Integrated Agricultural Supply Chain Management Research

After 30 years of reform and development, China agriculture has bid farewell to shortage of supply of agricultural products during long-term and entered into a basic balance between total, more than a good harvest, some of the new era of excess supply of agricultural products. With the rapid development of information technology, global information, resources can be shared in an instant, production and business operation of the operational efficiency of the rapid trade increase and trade management process in a significant reduction in the cost. In the area of trade in this naturally led to a change in control transactions. This new product e-commerce is at an alarming rate in the rise.In a new stage of agricultural development, small production and big market of contradictions have become more prominent. To establish a smooth flow of market information, standardized and highly efficient new model of agricultural trade has been delay. Cultivation of agricultural products and innovative e-commerce model has become a top priority; the theory has become a hot issue in the study. Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a hot issue. It is promising to be used widely. Agri-SCM is an important research area of SCM. At present, integrated SCM (ISCM) of agricultural products is one of the most powerful competitive tools for agricultural enterprises. In this paper, based on existing research, carried out a detailed analysis and discussion of the model of agricultural products supply-chain characteristics and existing problems, and tried to build the network model of agricultural products supply chain management.In this paper, we make a brief overview of the theoretical the theory of supply chain management and e-commerce, and analyze the existing model of agricultural supply-chain. Analysis at this stage of China agricultural products supply chain model of the current situation and problems. On this basis, an analysis of the introduction of China's agricultural products supply chain network model of the need for integration, which raised agricultural products to build web-based integrated model of supply chain operates. Then, the paper analyzed of the possible advantages of the new model and existing obstacles. From agricultural products and integrated supply chain network model of the specific operation and how to safeguard the smooth operation of the model and so made a series of recommendations and advice.
