With the development of China's economy and society and the improvement of the national living standard,cross-border fresh food is more and more popular,a variety of imported fruits appear on people's table. In 2019,the transaction scale of the Chinese fresh market reached 2.04 trillion,an increase of 6.8%year-on-year,cross-border e-commerce fresh food transactions accounted for a large proportion in this Southeast Asia's fruit accounts for a large proportion in China's import of fruit trade, about 70%of China's total import of fruit. The data shows that China's demand for cross-border fresh food is increasing year by year, and there is still a trend to continue to expand. The cross-border e-commerce fresh food market has great development potential. This also makes cross-border fresh food transportation become an important research topic. At present, the main transaction mode of cross-border fresh food is that customers place orders online through online fresh food platforms such as jingdong and tianmall, and then the e-commerce platform will choose to direct mail from overseas,or transport fresh food from overseas origin to domestic warehouse for storage, and then transport it to customers after placing orders.Through the first direct mail logistics, fresh food from foreign origin to the hands of customers need a long time, the transport prices are also relatively high. With the second way, transportation to the domestic warehouse after large-scale purchase abroad can not only reduce the transportation cost, but also shorten the logistics time and improve the shopping experience. But this requires cross-border fresh e-commerce enterprises to have a certain understanding of customers' fresh food needs,so as to avoid the occurrence of fresh food corruption caused by blind ordering.Due to the perishable nature of fresh food, the long way and long-time of cross-border transportation, the risk of cross-border e-commerce fresh trade is large,so it is necessary to carry out joint optimization for cross-border fresh order transportation. In this paper,we build a cross-border fresh food ordering and transportation optimization model based on the price of cross-border e-commerce fresh food optimization in the ordering and transportation process.Different from the traditional inventory transportation optimization model, this paper aims to maximize the profits of cross-border e-commerce,in which the price of fresh food is related to its transportation and storage time.We put forward a joint optimization model which combines with fresh food ordering scheme and transportation route design. We set the factors such as fresh food ordering cycle, order quantity, transportation route selection and LCL design as the basic optimization objectives,so as to build a joint profit optimization model for fresh food ordering and transportation. At the same time,we chose genetic algorithm to optimize the model in two stages. In the first stage,we calculate the ordering cycle and order quantity of different fresh food according to the customer demand,so we can find that the order quantity of some fresh food is small, resulting in the waste of container space and the increase of transportation cost.In the second stage,we save the logistics cost through the LCL transportation. While selecting the container transportation path from Southeast Asia to China and the LCL design, the fresh food which is not enough in the previous stage will be put together to reduce the transportation cost and form the transportation plan. The simulation results show that the order and transportation strategy based on the joint optimization model achieves a higher transportation profit, with a single profit growth of 3 100 US dollars,an increase of 3.7%.It shows that the model has practical reference value for the design of cross-border e-commerce fresh food logistics scheme.
