With the increasing importance of environmental issues,the environmental responsibility of manufacturer has been extended from the manufacturing stage of the product life cycle to the customer use and the product recycling stage,product designer must consider the environmental guidelines in the design phase.Traditionally,product family design and development mainly involves cost,function and other aspects of improvement.In order to achieve product recovery and disassembly during product decommissioning more efficiently and to improve the efficiency of dismantling and recycling of waste products,the product architecture must be developed by taking into account the manufacturing and recycling processes in the early product design phase.Therefore,joint optimization for product family architecture considering recycle disassembling has important research significance.This paper mainly studies the master-slave optimization problem of product family architecture design and recovery and disassembly design under the background of circular economy,and proposes a two-layer model of modular product architecture based on recovery and disassembly,and designs a nested genetic algorithm.The validity of the model and the algorithm is verified by analyzing the results of the collaborative design scheme of the automatic dishwasher product family and disassembly.The main contents of this paper are as follow: First,this paper analyzes the relationship between the product family design process and the recovery and disassembly process,and establishes the research perspective of the master and slave structure with the optimization of product design.Second,according to the characteristics of the master-slave optimization bi-level model,a nested genetic algorithm which can effectively solve the product family design with the recovery and disassembly factor is proposed.The module selection and the composite structure of the product family are the upper-layer decision of the double layer model.Decision-making with the upper structure and configuration to match the demolition decision-making and removal options.Thirdly,the product model is a kind of automatic dishwasher,which proves the reasonable validity of the method frame,model and calculation method proposed in this paper.
