| Perishable goods are closely linked with people's ordinary life, and the optimization of distribution routes has been an important research project at home and abroad. Just in time distribution is an effective measure to solve the problem of strict timeliness, which can't be satisfied in traditional logistic distribution. The thesis mainly focused on the optimization of just in time distribution routines of perishable goods.Through the summarization of current status of perishable goods distribution, some problems in reality such as too long arrival period and severe damage of goods were revealed, and the method of just in time distribution was put forward to solve the above problems. The main situation of just in time distribution of perishable goods was briefly introduced. According to the characteristics of just in time distribution of perishable goods, it is pointed out that the problem is attributable to typical VRPTW. Combining with the restrictions of time windows and distribution vehicle capability limit, the time penalty function and capability limit penalty function were constructed and the corresponding mathematical model was established.The important control parameters of genetic algorithm were analyzed and the basic steps and operation process were described in the thesis. An extending Liuhai crossover method with strong global searching ability was constructed by introducing Liuhai crossover method, which ameliorates the original standard genetic algorithm. And the solving strategy for the optimization of just in time distribution routes of perishable goods was brought forward. The calculation process can be realized quickly by the calculation procedure by MATLAB.The feasibility and superiority of ameliorated genetic algorithm applied in such problems were collated by an example, and the accuracy and currency of the calculation program were proved. |
