The Operation Performance And Influencing Factors Of The Jujube Farmer Professional Cooperative In The First Division Alar City In Xinjiang

The encouragement and supporting of various agricultural industry cooperation can be the top priority for the organic integration and scientific development between small farmers and modern agriculture.Especially the development practices of farmer professional cooperatives at home and abroad have further proved that the efficient internal management and operation can increase the overall performance of cooperatives dramatically.Therefore,the impact of scientific management and operation on the performance of the entire cooperative should be the research focus in the academic community.Located in the important position of the “One Center,Three Benchmarks” of the North and South Xinjiang Corps,the first division Alar city is one of the divisions with the relatively stable and balanced agricultural industry development.In recent years,the jujube planting industry has become the main source of the agricultural pillar industry and employee income in the first division of Alar,including the booming jujube cooperatives.However,there are still many prominent problems,specifically including the insufficient internal management standardization and lower operating performance.In this sense,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper mainly studies the operational performance of the jujube farmer professional cooperative in the first division Alar city,explores the key influencing factors of the performance,and further proposes basic ideas and paths to improve the comprehensive operation performance.In this study,20 farmers' specialized cooperatives engaged in jujube production in Aral City of the first division were interviewed and questionnaires were distributed to summarize the scale of jujube cooperatives.Processing enterprises take the lead;Regional distribution of cooperatives;The present situation of jujube cooperative operation in Alar city is expounded from four aspects of government financial support.,and further obtains the following arguments:(1)In this paper,from the three dimensions of the operation scale,operation process and operating results evaluation to build evaluation index system of farmers' professional cooperatives operating performance,it is concluded that the performance in the top several cooperatives have the suitable date industry in xinjiang farmers' professional co-operatives,ear alaer peak citrus fruit farmers cooperatives,red alaer day professional cooperatives.(2)Cooperatives with high operating performance are generally located in the surrounding areas of cities,with a certain membership scale,unified procurement of materials,and focus on product quality control.(3)Based on the transaction cost theory and cooperative economic organization theory,the paper comprehensively considers the reasons affecting the operational performance of cooperatives,and then integrates the data provided by the cooperatives to further verify the influencing factors of performance with the multiple linear regression,in order to acquire the major factors.In detail,the degree of those factors affecting the operational efficiency within the cooperatives can be the financial management> leadership evaluation> management democracy> earnings distribution> innovation management> risk handling> operational decision.Thus,the paper further proposes the related countermeasures to improve the operational performance of the jujube cooperatives in the first division Alar city,including improving the personnel quality,promoting the standardized internal governance,expanding the operational scope and scale,enhancing the governmentalmanagement concepts and methods,as well as strengthening the support of credit institutions for the farmer professional cooperatives.
