The Performance Evaluation System Of Our Country Farmers’ Professional Co-operatives And Research To The Influential Factors Of Performance

As the formal promulgation and implementation of 《the farmers’ professional co-operatives act》 in2007, the farmers’ professional co-operatives into standardized in accordance with the law of development of our country. However, after several years of hard exploration, the performance of farmers’ professional co-operatives is still low level compared to other countries’. Therefore, the study and exploration of the farmers’ professional cooperatives operating performance, to help the development of agricultural production and operation in our country, and has important significance to increase farmers’ income. This research on performance evaluation of farmers’ professional co-operatives, combined with the current time background, the definition on the basis of the concept of performance evaluation of farmers’ professional co-operatives, with actual survey of387farmers’ professional cooperatives in China, for example, from the farmer cooperatives reason and significance of performance evaluation, the evaluation index system design, performance evaluation methods selection to eventually form a complete performance evaluation system of farmers’ cooperatives, does a lot of intense argument. Based on the performance evaluation system has been formed, further explore the internal and external factors that affect farmers’ cooperative performance. So considering from the property right system, management system, allocation, president situation, external support(government support and financing) and so on, establishing the structural equation model,the performance as explained variable, accurately quantify the degree of the factors influence on the performance of the cooperative. Based on the model of regression coefficient of the effect, in combination with the practical situation of farmers’ cooperatives, points out that,which cooperative with higher equity concentration, the allocation according to the equity, the originator was a big farmars,and the chairman of the co-operatives as a leader of supply and marketing cooperatives or enterprise before,has higher efficiency. And on this basis, puts forward some beneficial to our country farmers’ professional co-operatives to further improve performance of policy recommendations.
