Research On Corporate Governance Structure Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Deep Poverty Areas

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that in 2020 China will achieve the strategic goal of fighting poverty.In order to achieve this strategic goal,in accordance with the overall national deployment and requirements,all localities will focus on the work in deeply impoverished areas in accordance with the basic strategy of “precise poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation”,strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen resource guarantees,increase policy support,and go all out Do a good job fighting poverty.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to accomplish the goals and tasks of poverty alleviation in the deeply impoverished areas,supplement the shortcomings of economic and social development,and realize the development goals of a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the theory of property rights,the separation of three rights,and the principal-agent theory,this paper studies in depth the promotion role of farmers' professional cooperatives in a deeply impoverished area of a city in poverty alleviation,and studies the advantages and disadvantages of its corporate governance structure in order to achieve the theoretical application Useful exploration.This paper selects a representative deep-poor township H in a city as a research sample,and in-depth analyses the problems and causes of 12 farmers' professional cooperatives in H-town according to the relevant theories of corporate governance structure,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote the depth of a city.The high-quality development of farmers' professional cooperatives in poor areas has helped.The main research contents are as follows: The first part focuses on the research background and significance,and clarifies the research content,method and technical route.The second part sorts out relevant domestic and foreign literature and reviews the research status.The third part introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis in detail.The fourth part selects the representative H township as a survey sample to study the poverty situation,current poverty alleviation measures and effectiveness of the H township.The fifth part analyzes the reasons for the problems of the farmers' professional cooperatives in H Township.The reasons for the corporate governance structure are that the corporate governance structure is not fully configured,the corporate governance structure is not functioning properly,the members have a biased implementation of democraticmanagement,the role of democratic supervision is difficult to play,and the incentives for surplus distribution are insufficient.Part VI proposes countermeasures to improve the corporate governance structure and optimize the business environment.Studies have shown that the key factors to promote the high-quality development of farmer professional cooperatives in deeply impoverished areas are to improve the corporate governance structure and optimize the business environment.In terms of improving the corporate governance structure: it is necessary to improve the organizational structure and strengthen the governance structure;improve the charter system to ensure standardized operation;strengthen democratic management and eliminate the control of "minority people";strengthen internal supervision to safeguard the interests of members;reasonably distribute benefits and realize benefit sharing.In terms of optimizing the business environment,we must vigorously develop special industries and expand market demand;improve supporting regulations and systems,and strengthen service guidance;increase fiscal and financial efforts and provide financial support;strengthen external supervision and promote standardized operations;and further promote the establishment of demonstration agencies,Play a leading role;establish a talent training mechanism to improve the quality of members.
