Study The Participation Of Professional Rural Co-po And Poverty Alleviation

Since the reform and opening up,the country's economic development,the gap between the rich and the poor in China has continued to increase,and the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” have turned poverty alleviation into a key project.The government and the government in poverty-stricken areas have been paying close attention and policies have been issued.Enhance the construction of infrastructure and medical care in poverty-stricken areas.Because of the inherent topography or climate in poor areas,it is difficult to develop the economy.Take Jingyu County of Jilin Province as an example,Jilin Province is located in the northeast region of China,and Jingyu County is a poor area.The traditional mode of poverty alleviation has not played a very good effect.This requires that poverty alleviation methods need to be constantly updated,adopt innovative ways,and help alleviate poverty through local characteristics.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry by farmers' professional cooperatives in Jingyu County through case analysis method and data analysis method.Through investigation and summarization of data,the present study finds that the current farmers' professional cooperatives in Jingyu County are involved in the main problems of poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry.The existing problems and causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Research conclusions: In order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of farmer professional cooperatives participating in accurate poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry,it is necessary to strengthen the internal construction and standardized operation of farmers' professional cooperatives,clarify the legal relationship with agricultural enterprises,propose amendments to improve statutory benefits distribution provisions,and strengthen financial accounting basis.The establishment of stable property rights relations,and the proposal to amend and revise the statutory interest distribution provisions so that the Jingyu County Cooperative Economic Organization participates in the action of poverty governance,which not only affects the further development of rural financial institutions,but also has important implications for the construction of new rural areas.In the process of developing agricultural specialized cooperatives to participate in the agricultural industry's poverty alleviation process,Jingyu County not only has to solve problems such as financing and self-development,but also has narrow prospects for self-resource constraints and self-development.Therefore,the economy in the future will have to develop in the direction of characteristic industries and diversified industries.Pulling the development of the agricultural industry.
