Housing has always been a hot social issue,which is closely related to the interests of the masses,and related to social stability and economic development.With the development of economy and the state's macro-control of the real estate industry,the real estate industry has gradually become mature and standardized,and the competition among the industries is increasingly fierce.The people's income in Heishan County of Jinzhou City has been growing continuously,the quality of life has been improved significantly,and the people's demand for housing is also very strong.HY real estate company is a real estate enterprise established earlier in Heishan County.Facing the fierce market competition,its problems in marketing are increasingly prominent.Therefore,through the research on the marketing strategy of hy real estate company and the research on the marketing strategy of hy real estate company,this paper makes clear the internal and external environment of the company's marketing and the shortcomings of the current strategy,and puts forward suggestions for improving the marketing strategy,which is of practical significance for HY real estate company to improve its marketing strategy and further improve its marketing work.Based on 4P marketing theory and STP marketing theory,this paper uses pest,five forces analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods to study the marketing strategy of hy real estate company.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,research content and ideas,discusses the research status at home and abroad,defines the core concepts involved in this paper,and discusses the relevant theories;secondly,it uses PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of hy real estate company's marketing,Porter Five Forces Analysis method to analyze the industry competition environment of marketing,SWOT analysis method to analyze the company's marketing The internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of marketing,as well as the analysis of the company's internal environment and the current situation of marketing strategy: thirdly,analyze the existing problems of HY Company's current marketing strategy,and analyze the causes of the problems;finally,put forward the improvement plan of hy real estate company's marketing strategy,and put forward the implementation guarantee on how to effectively carry out it.
