The real estate industry has played an important role in the development of the national economy.After the rapid development of the real estate industry in our country,the competition of the real estate industry has shown a situation of white heat,and the pressure of survival and development of the real estate enterprises is increasing.For the real estate enterprises in small and medium-sized cities,the key to their development is to improve their market share and competitive advantage with the help of effective marketing strategy,which has also become the focus of competition among real estate enterprises in China.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the field investigation method and so on to carry on the research to the Jiangxi Pingxiang A real estate company marketing strategy.On the basis of summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on real estate,this paper analyzes the relevant theories and analytical tools applied in this paper.Through the introduction of the basic situation of A real estate company and its projects,this paper analyzes the marketing strategy and the effect obtained at the present stage,and analyzes the problems existing in the marketing of A real estate company from four angles of product,price,channel and promotion.The results show that although A real estate company has taken many measures in the aspect of marketing strategy,Some results have been achieved,but its problems are still very obvious,reducing the competitive advantage of the company.After that,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of A real estate company,and through the macro environment analysis,we can see that the external environment faced by A company is relatively good,which provides a broad space for its development,through the industry competition environment,we can see that the industry competition faced by A company is very fierce,and its competition pressure is great.From the analysis of SWOT,it is shown that the internal advantages and external opportunities of the company are very obvious,but its internal disadvantages and external threats can not be ignored.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,this paper starts from 4p marketing theory.For A real estate company to develop the corresponding product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.At the same time,this paper also puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system,culture,personnel,technology andso on to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy of A real estate company.
