With the real estate market entering into the downward period, real estate agents are facing unprecedented challenges, survival and development environment of industry from market demand and supply relationship to competitive status, concepts of marketing model are in the event of intense change. The transition of macro view environment poses a more significant challenge to small and medium-sized real estate agent companies of third-and fourth-tiercities.In such a critical turning point, these small and medium-sized companies need to be solved and an important issue is how and what kind of strategic choices in innovative marketing mastermind which is the core of real estate agency.Based on a Ningxia real estate agent company, management questions encountered in innovative marketing mastermind activities were evaluated. Related models were used to analysis internal and the external marketing environment and specific management countermeasures were developed for the the problems.Our study presented the strategies of whole process marketing agency, which was focusing on Yinchuan surrounding non-saturated market and urban commercial real estates in early development stage, integrating the resources and sales chain, putting concept of marketing into each step of the agent process, providing full and value-added services for clients, so as to speed up the brand construction and achieve market sustainable.
