Research On The Intra-industry Trade Of Agricultural Products Between China And Kyrgyzstan

In recent years,trade between China and Kyrgyzstan has continued to deepen.In 2018,the trade volume between China and Kyrgyzstan was US$2.003 billion,a year-on-year increase of 25%.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,and agricultural products are the material basis for people to survive.They always run through people’s lives.In 2018,Kyrgyzstan maintained a good upward trend in exporting agricultural products to China,and the export of Kyrgyz agricultural products to China.It has reached US$9.02 million and is ranked as the 12 th largest agricultural product trade partner in China.As an international student from Kyrgyzstan,he has studied the issue of intra-industry trade between China and Kyrgyzstan from the perspective of Kyrgyzstan,and proposed countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural trade between the two countries,fully exploiting the bilateral trade potential between China and Kyrgyzstan,and expanding bilateral The scale of agricultural product trade and the promotion of bilateral agricultural trade level have high theoretical research value and practical guiding significance.The thesis first expounds the related theories and index measures of intra-industry trade.On the basis of defining the concepts of intra-industry trade and agricultural products,the main causes of intra-industry trade,intra-industry trade theory,classic international trade theory-gravity model,and related intra-industrial indexes are introduced.The analysis uses intra-industrial trade dynamic and static index calculations to evaluate the scale and effect of China’s import and export of Kyrgyzstan agricultural products.Judging from the results,the agricultural product trade GL index of both countries has been increasing,and trade cooperation has been continuously deepened.Especially after the Chinese government proposed the "Belt and Road" initiative,the agricultural product trade dynamic indices of the two countries have increased significantly and agricultural product trade has been diversified.The development has been greatly improved compared with the previous period;Thirdly,it analyzes that the intra-industry trade of agricultural products in China and Kyrgyzstan is affected by factors such as economies of scale,product differentiation,foreign direct investment,technology investment,and human capital,and establishes a data model to perform stability testing and model inspection of the influencing factors.The conclusion that foreign direct investment and the degree of opening to the outside world have a positive impact on the intra-industry trade of agricultural products between the two countries,and that the average tariff has a negative effect on the intra-industry trade of agricultural products between the two countries;In the aspects of optimizing the industrial structure of agricultural products and reducing the import and export tax rates of agricultural products,relevant suggestions for the intra-industry trade of agricultural products in China and Kyrgyzstan were put forward to promote the better development of intra-industry trade in agricultural products in China and Kyrgyzstan.
