Risk Identification,E V Aluation And C Ontrol Of Tourism Project Investment

China has abundant tourism resources,which has laid a good foundation for the development of tourism.With China's rapid economic development and greater degree of opening up to the outside world,China's tourism industry is catching up with the development of the great opportunity.In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial structure,the proportion of tertiary industry in the national economic output value is also rising rapidly.Among them,the tourism industry with green,open and shared characteristics has been supported by key support and rapid development,and began to become a new growth point of the national economy.However,due to the uneven tourism resources of all parts of our country,and the local government blind horse tourism projects on the ground increasethed the risk of tourism project development.Although scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of discussion on project risk management,but specifically for China's tourism project investment risk research,is still relatively lacking.Therefore,this paper studies the identification,evaluation and control of investment risk of tourism projects,hoping to arouse the attention of local governments to the investment risk management of tourism projects,and also hopes to provide effective risk control tools and strategies for project developers.First of all,the background,purpose and significance of the study are introduced,and on the basis of the review of research at home and abroad,the idea of this research is formed and the research plan is formulated.Then,we draw on the theories of project management and risk management,define the connotation of the concepts of tourism project risk,tourism project management,tourism project investment risk,clarify the basic characteristics of investment risk of tourism projects,and clarify the particularity and importance of the investment risk evaluation research of tourism projects.Then,the process of investment risk evaluation of tourism projects is put forward,and the alternative risk evaluation methods are analyzed.Based on the case of the Long Island tourism project,this paper studies the identification,evaluation and control of the investment risk of tourism projects.First of all,on the basis of a brief introduction to the basic situation of the Long Island tourism project,the initial analysis of the investment risk of the project,and then the use of Delphi method,based on expert investigation,the project risk identification quantitative study,access to the project investment of important risk factors.Then,according to the important risk factors to establish the risk evaluation index system,and choose The AHP evaluation method for risk evaluation empirical evidence.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the risk control strategy of Long Island tourism project is proposed.This paper systematically identifies,evaluates and controls the investment risk of tourism projects,and constructs a risk management control system applicable to tourism projects,which has a certain theoretical contribution.In addition,although this study takes the Long Island tourism project as a case study,the risk control system and strategy constructed can also be applied to other tourism projects of the same type,and should be able to provide reference and guidance for future tourism project development.
