| With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,the pace of tourism projects construction is gradually entring the fast lane.Typically,the ecotourism project construction is a representative.There are many uncertain factors in tourism projects for the characteristics of tourism project itself,such as long construction period,large amount of investment,obvious seasonality and so on,which makes the development of tourism projects with greater risk.If the risks were not effectively identified and managed,which may make the project cannot achieve the expected goal and even to fail.The Jue Hua island is richly endowede as a summer resort,tourism,recreation places by natur,a national scenic area.Reasonable and efficient development of the Jue Hua island is vital to the developers,local economy and environment.Therefore,this paper mainly foced on the potential risk during the ecotourism project investment in Jue Hua island,which has a certain theoretical and practical significance: it can provide some data and experience for the development of ecological tourism development project and some practical advice and suggestions for the development of Jue Hua island.This paper applies the risk management theory to specific project development,takes Jue Hua island ecotourism project as the research object,identifies and evaluates the risk of this project,and proposes the corresponding risk response measures on this basis.Firstly,in view of the characteristics of Jue Hua Island ecotourism project,the potential risks in the project was analyse,and the main risks are identified.Based on that,a risk evaluation index system for Jue Island ecotourism project is constructed.Secondly,the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were applied to comprehensively evaluate the risk of ecotourism projects in Jue Hua Island,and the weight and risk level of each risk Were calculatedFinally,according to the results of risk assessment,we presented the risk response measures for ecotourism projects in Jue Hua Island,with a view to minimize potential risk losses and ensure the successful implementation in project development... |
