The Research On Investment Risk Management Of Tulou Dream Tourism Project

Culture is economy,economy is culture.The most prominent symbol of the cultural economy is the rapid rise of the cultural industry,which has become a new growth point and pillar industries of the national economy.The proportion of the cultural industry of the developed countries in the world has reached more than 10%of GDP.Culture is the carrier of tourism,and tourism is the embodiment of culture,which illustrates vividly the importance of culture to the tourism economy also.It can be said that there is no cultural connotation in tourist attractions,whose attraction will be greatly reduced.Hakka culture has a very deep meaning.If the Grand Theater with the theme of promoting Hakka culture is built in the place where the Hakka people living,it will become a cultural and artistic center of Hakka cultural exchange both at home and abroad.This paper is based on the basic process of risk management of tourism project.The paper expounds the basic theory of risk management of tourism project from three aspects of the identification,evaluation and control of the risk of tourism project.It has studied the risk management of tourism item by dream earthen tourism project as a case,through the investigation,field visits,and it concludes the following conclusions.(1)It has found the main risk factors that affect the project by using brainstorming combined with the actual situation,based on the SWOT analysis as the foundation.The paper sets up the index system of investment risk evaluation of risk index for example,5 level of risk indicators,economic risk,social risk,ecological risk,technical risk and operational risk management and Market risk,etc.21 two level risk indicators market risk,etc.(2)This paper has established the evaluation model of investment project risk by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Evaluation results show that the investment risk of the overall risk of Tulou dream tourism projects is a general risk.The economic risk is at a high risk,technical risk is in a general risk state,social risk,ecological risk and operational risk management is in a low risk state by analyzing risk factors.(3)This paper has established the evaluation model of investment project risk by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Evaluation results show that the investment risk of the overall risk of Tulou dream tourism projects is a general risk.The economic risk is at a high risk,technical risk is in a general risk state,social risk,ecological risk and operational risk management is in a low risk state by analyzing risk factors,and technical risk should pay attention to the choice of construction materials and equipment risk and duration risk of delay control.
