Research On The Spatial Correlation Between Urban Informatization And Industrial Structure Optimization Along The City Of "The Belt And Road Initiatives" In China

In recent years,the construction of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" is moving towards a high-quality development stage of collaborative construction.The continuous deepening of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" initiative has also pushed the construction of a community of human destiny into a new,deeper,more realistic and dynamic development stage.What follows is that China must meet the new opportunities and challenges of economic and social development with a "new look"that is more open,international,and mutually beneficial.The development of win-win cooperation between countries along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" requires a higher level of communication and information dissemination.The use of information technology channels has become an important driving force for the further advancement of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" initiative,and it has also brought new challenges to the process of China’s economic development transformation and structural adjustment.Taking the development process and experience of Western developed countries as a mirror,and taking the road of informatization to promote industrial structure optimization,we should build a road with informatization and industrial structure transformation with Chinese characteristics,based on the attributes and regional characteristics of the initial stage of informatization development in China.By releasing high-tech industries,information technology,and technological innovation capabilities,we will create a more efficient and sustainable industrial structure optimization and optimization path.First of all,this article sorts out the relevant theories and development status of informatization and industrial structure.Based on the analysis results,it explores the influence mechanism of industrial structure under the path of resource utilization efficiency,informatization infrastructure,information industry and technological innovation and consumption structure transformation.Secondly,in the context of the"the Belt and Road Initiatives",this paper uses the Spatial Dubin Model,and based on the panel data of 36 cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in China that between 2006 and 2017 to explore the spatial impact and spatial effect of informationization on the optimization of industrial structure.In the first step,the overall situation of 36 cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in China is analyzed.In the second step,based on the analysis results of the first step,the 36 urban areas are divided into the three major regions of the east,middle and west,to explore industrial structure and information characteristics of different regions.The study found that:(1)The informatization development and industrial structure optimization of cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" have generally exhibited negative spatial externalities.This is the result of the "backward "effect of developed regions on their regional resources,inter-regional development "gap" is also related;(2)In terms of the overall situation of 36 cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in China,the development of informatization has a significant promotion effect on the optimization of industrial structure,which means that the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" background Informatization is beneficial to the optimization of industrial structure;(3)The 36 cities along the "the Belt and Road Initiatives" in China are further divided into three regions:eastern,central,and western regions for analysis.Industrial structure optimization and informatization development in the eastern region exist the non-significant positive externalities,in contrast to the central region,both show up the non-significant negative externalitie,the western region’s industrial structure optimization shows significant positive externalities,and informatization has significant negative externalities.At the same time,the development of informatization in the eastern region has significantly promoted the optimization of the industrial structure.In contrast,the central region has the insignificant negative correlation between the two in the western region.Finally,based on the analysis results,this article puts forward the following policy recommendations:In the context of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives",to effectively promote the process of informatization and promote industrial structure optimization,the development pattern of informatization should be expanded and the "gap" of informatization development should be narrowed to achieve the multi-faceted development of informatization,promotes the integration of multi-industry in informatization,and realizes the coordinated development of industrial structure and informatization by region,mode and stage.
