| At the National Science and Technology Innovation Conference,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to accelerate the popularization of science,create a good innovation environment,improve the input-output efficiency of innovation and development,and then build a grand army of high-quality innovation.At this stage,due to differences in regional economic development,uneven policy guidance,and geographical differences,China’s innovation development still has problems such as the uncoordinated development of regional innovation and industrial innovation,and the overall weak synergy of innovation systems.Based on this,this article starts from the concept of collaborative innovation,by building an innovation system,combined with the evaluation index of the innovation system,using 2000-2019 years panel data of various provinces in China as a research sample,using entropy method,coupling analysis method,spatial measurement analysis,Granger Causal relationship test,gray correlation analysis and industrial agglomeration analysis methods are used to find the spatio-temporal and agglomeration heterogeneity characteristics of collaborative innovation in various regions of China,and based on the above characteristics,further explore regional middle and high-tech industries collaborative innovation and high-tech industries The space-time and agglomeration heterogeneity in the development stage,the evolutionary relationship of the collaborative innovation in the high-tech industry region and the evolution law of the space-time and agglomeration are derived,in order to propose corresponding countermeasures on how to achieve collaborative innovation,the main contents are as follows:1.The establishment of a research framework:This paper takes the synergy theory,innovation system theory,regional innovation theory,and high-tech industry innovation theory as the research basis to construct a conceptual analysis framework of "innovation input-innovation environment-innovation output",along the"framework The construction framework of "Empirical Test-Theoretical Analysis"follows the "Research on Literature Theory-Construction of laws of space-time and agglomeration-countermeasure suggestions ",comprehensively using theoretical analysis,logical reasoning,empirical analysis of spatial econometrics and others.2.The status quo of regional collaborative innovation and the discovery of heterogeneity of collaborative innovation:The coupling coordination degree and spatial autocorrelation method are used to distinguish the spatial-temporal and agglomeration heterogeneity characteristics of regional collaborative innovation in China.First,among the characteristics of regional collaborative innovation time,China’s innovation input and innovation environment coordination degree,innovation environment and innovation output coordination degree are generally better;the coordinated development of innovation environment and innovation output will lag behind innovation environment and innovation input Coordinated development has a lag period of about 5 years.Among them,the lag period of developed regions will be shorter than that of less developed regions.Second,in terms of space and agglomeration characteristics,the coordination degree of innovation input and innovation environment and the coordination degree of innovation environment and innovation output in various regions present a gradient change trend in space.Among them,the innovation centers in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region produce a"diffusion effect"The innovation center in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region produces a "siphon effect".3.Space-time and agglomeration heterogeneity of collaborative innovation in high-tech industry regions:Based on the comparison between the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,the evolution of regional and high-tech industry collaborative innovation heterogeneity in space-time and agglomeration is analyzed.The study found that:first,the characteristics of high-tech industrial collaborative innovation and regional collaborative innovation are similar in spatial characteristics,but there are differences in timing characteristics,which is reflected in the absence of obvious lag in the high-tech industrial innovation system;second,the high Technological industry innovation and regional innovation use gray correlation analysis to analyze and find out that the highest correlation between high-tech industrial innovation and regional innovation is the electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry;third,the electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta region There is no single agglomeration effect in a certain area and a certain industry in various sub-sectors.In the sub-sectors of the electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region,the phenomenon of extreme agglomeration of "communication equipment manufacturing"in Guangdong Province;The heterogeneity of the development stage of the technology industry leads to the heterogeneity of collaborative innovation in the high-tech industry,which in turn leads to the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of regional collaborative innovation and agglomeration heterogeneity,which ultimately affects the overall collaborative innovation.4.The law and solution of the evolution of the space-time and agglomeration of collaborative innovation in the high-tech industrial area:First,between innovation input,innovation environment and innovation output,it is necessary to increase innovation input support on the basis of creating an innovation environment in order to get the same effect innovation The output will eventually achieve a balanced and coordinated development.Second,the development model of agglomeration,siphon and single growth pole is only a transitional stage.When the "polarization effect" of the growth pole reaches a certain level,the development speed and competitiveness will inevitably weaken."Diffusion effect" will continue the development of innovation.No matter in developed or underdeveloped regions,only by actively seeking cooperation,coordinating regional coordinated development,weakening the"siphon effect" of the growth pole,and exerting the "diffusion effect" can we achieve sustainable development of innovation and achieve collaborative innovation. |
