| Food quality and safety is directly related to the vital interests of the people,is a hot issue of concern to the people.Food production license is an important measure to ensure food safety,and the on-site inspection and management of food production license is very important.In this paper,the methods of literature research,field investigation and case study are used to carry out the research on the food production license on-site inspection management.Two innovative cases are studied and analyzed in detail.One is the investigation case of the current situation of the on-site inspection of food production license.Through the practice case,the problems existing in the first meeting,on-site visit assessment,document review,situation summary,and the last meeting of the on-site inspection process of food production license are found and the solutions are discussed.The second is the demand design and implementation of the on-site inspection system of food production license based on mobile information technology.This case combines the mobile Internet and on-site inspection of food production license,through the information and data sharing of on-site inspection of food production license,cooperates to promote the reform and performance of food management organization,making the inspection more transparent and convenient.The research shows that the information technology mobile terminal(mobile verification and early warning system)can promote the construction of the cooperative governance mechanism of multiple subjects of food safety,alleviate the relative shortage of government regulators and lack of professionals,and increase the supervision cost.Verification data mobile entry module can strictly work procedures to eliminate fraud,information sharing module can improve verification efficiency and standardize enterprise behavior,information management and early warning module can strengthen the whole process supervision of food safety to promote enterprise management,and information query module can provide fair,transparent,convenient and efficient services for multiple subjects. |
