Risk Identification Study Of Cold Chain Logistics In Food Enterprises

With the continuous development of the economic level in the world today,people's living standards continue to improve,food as an important product of life safety,its kind,taste,freshness and safety has become the content of people's increasing concern.Thus people based on the freshness of fresh products put forward higher and higher requirements.Cold chain logistics as a necessary measure to promote the sustainable development of fresh industry,its development has attracted people's attention.China's cold chain logistics and transportation industry developed late,only in recent years in China,and the development of relatively low.It is for this reason that china still has a large number of fresh food every year due to logistics and distribution problems lead to decay,which will not only have an impact on the economic benefits of fresh products,but also a waste of resources,but also for consumers to bring food safety threats.At present,China's cold chain logistics transportation industry,due to the changing market supply and demand,the industry pattern is also being optimized,combined with the latest cold chain transport technology,China's cold chain logistics is also actively advancing.In 2010,China's cold chain transport has carried out policy adjustment and planning deployment,the relevant departments have also begun to actively implement and encourage all regions to do a good job of cold chain transport,for remote food production areas to do a good job of supply chain deployment and planning support.In 2016,China began to appear a large number of third-party cold chain transport enterprises,and showed a large-scale development momentum,cold chain logistics industry began to attract attention,thus accelerating the development of China's cold chain logistics industry.At present,China's cold chain logistics industry is facing high market demand,high equipment costs,transportation and distribution links are not scientific and other status quo,these outstanding problems also indicate that the cold chain logistics industry more security risks.Based on this background,the main work of this study is to first comb and review the literature research contents related to cold chain logistics risk at home and abroad,and then to identify the risk elements of the cold chain logistics supply chain of food enterprises by means of hierarchical analysis,and to empirically study the cold chain logistics risk of Shandong DLS food enterprises by research method.Therefore,based on the scholars' research on cold chain logistics characteristics,processes and problems,this paper focuses on the risk identification link of fresh food in cold chain logistics,finds out the problems of cold chain risk in DLS enterprises,and puts forward the identification scheme to optimizerisk management according to the actual situation,and then finds favorable solutions.Through fully understanding the concept and characteristics of cold chain logistics,combined with the importance of risk identification management,this paper in-depth understanding of the rise of cold chain logistics and the status quo,fresh food cold flow logistics industry to strengthen the management is of great significance.
