In recent years,the state has paid great attention to the development of agricultural product supply chains,and has issued many relevant policies to actively promote the development of agricultural product supply chains.However,with the globalization of the economy and the closer trade between countries,my country’s agricultural production and operation environment has become more complex,and the risk factors affecting the operation of the agricultural product supply chain have increased,which has brought challenges to the effective supply of agricultural products.Therefore,it is becoming more and more important to be able to predict,control and manage agricultural supply chain risks in a timely manner.This paper mainly identifies and evaluates the risks of the agricultural product supply chain in Shandong Province,in order to ensure the smooth operation of the agricultural product supply chain through timely risk management and control.First,read the relevant literature,design a questionnaire based on the development characteristics of the agricultural product supply chain in Shandong Province,and take Jinxiang garlic as an example to understand the actual production and operation of agricultural products by garlic growers,processing enterprises,wholesalers and other supply chain entities through field research.risks in the process.Then,the effective questionnaires were collected and collected,and the identified supply chain risk factors were divided into four categories by factor analysis,namely market risk,external environmental risk,business cooperation risk,and production management risk,and analyzed.Combined with the results of risk classification,build a supply chain risk evaluation index system,combine the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate supply chain risks,analyze the impact of various risks,and conclude that market factors are likely to lead to agricultural product supply chain risks,market and In terms of production management,the risk level is relatively large,and the supply chain risk level is assessed as medium risk.Finally,according to the analysis results,the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the risk management of agricultural product supply chain in Shandong Province are put forward.Among them,market risk starts from marketing model,brand influence and market competitiveness;production management risk starts from financial support and intelligent management;business cooperation risk starts from the perspective of creating an information sharing platform and improving the quality of agricultural products;external environmental risk Mainly from the perspective of agricultural insurance.
