Private enterprises have become an important force helping China's national economic develop. What's more, the large and medium-sized private enterprises lead private economy. However, neglecting its spread of organization, transmission and management and delaying constructing corporate culture result in constraining the development of private enterprises. Studying and exploring the organizational communication and cultural management of the large and medium-sized private enterprises in the new situation, mining enterprise staff's creativity and initiative, enhancing the efficiency of corporate communication are the inherent requirements of enterprise competition. This paper briefly states the organizational communication and corporate culture domestically and abroad and the research history, status quo and direction about the correlation between the two.Inspired in reading the relevant literature,I discuss the organizational communication and corporate culture and their relationship in the large and medium-sized private enterprises domestically from the perspectives of Psychology, Sociology, Management, and Communication. Using qualitative research methods and materials sources, such as: questionnaires, interviews, internal materials, this text does a case study and analysis about the present situation of D company in Anshan.According to studying and analyzing D company in Anshan, the author constructs a pattern, which describes the process of corporate culture communicating in the interior corporate organization, and points out that organizational communication—as a kind of capability, is the nucleus sector when building up corporate culture, which directly makes an impact on framing the core competitive power of enterprises. While as for the large and medium-sized private enterprises at the contemporary China, the factors which impeding the effectivity of organizational communication are the unreasonable structure of organizational communication, the entrepreneurs'personal cultural characteristics, and staffs'(whose main body are peasants) comparatively low cultural level. Hope the present writer's study would help the study on the current organizational communication and would promote the healthy growth and development of large and medium-sized private enterprises.
