In 2007,CCB launched the-whole-process online supply chain financial business,Network Supply Chain Business.It used big data,artificial intelligence,block chain,Internet of things and other thinking and technologies,connecting with the core enterprise platform system,conducting real-time interactive transactions,realizing the“three-stream integration” of information flow,capital flow and logistics,and providing customers with full-process online network financial services,which is highly recognized by customers.With the continuous development of supply chain finance business in China,companies from all walks of life have set foot on this field to expand the business under the lure of sustained growth in the supply chain financial bonuses and good prospects for development,which to a certain extent,carves up the resources of the commercial bank.CCB not only faces the competition among the same industry,but also faces the competition with cross-border institutions.The competition in the market environment of CCB is increasingly fierce.Faced with increasingly fierce market competition environment and severe economic situation,CCB can only maintain its competitiveness in supply chain finance by continuously optimizing its business development mode of supply chain finance.This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the development status and existing problems of supply chain finance business of CCB.Then,on the basis of theory of supply chain finance and the theory of capacity maturity,this paper interprets the connotation of commercial Banks' CMM as “It is the model that quantifies the degree of perfection of the design,implementation,control,improvement and other processes in the supply chain finance business of commercial Banks,and then carries out a comprehensive quantitative evaluation on the development capacity of commercial Banks' supply chain finance so as to continuously improve the business development capacity”.According to the hierarchy of capability maturity model(CMM),this paper divides the capability maturity of supply chain finance development into five levels: initial level,repeatable level,defined level,managed level and optimized level,and analyzes and describes the characteristics of each level.Then,building CCB supply chain finance development capability maturity evaluation index system,comprehensively using questionnaire,hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally it is concluded that CCB supply chain finance business development capability maturitylevel is at “managed” level.The determination of the level is conducive to CCB to clarify its development level positioning,and to find problems in the development of its supply chain finance business,so as to adjust the development direction.Finally,according to the CCB present development situation and the CMM evaluation results,the article puts forward optimization strategies and ideas around the following three aspects: innovating the mode of supply chain finance business and launching differentiated products,optimizing supply chain finance business marketing strategy,and strengthening internal control and risk prevention.These provide references for CCB to further expand its business scope and enhance its market competitiveness.
