Since twenty-first Century,this is a global economy to accelerate innovation and transformation,at the same time,commercial banks as part of one of China' s important economic construction,the financial management system,plays a key role.In this regard,this paper mainly to China's commercial banks as a case study,in view of the current financial management of domestic commercial banks,as well as the actual situation of the financial system,to find out the causes of their problems.In addition,learn from the relevant experience at home and abroad,the difference of the financial system,to provide a scientific and reasonable solutions.As a result of the global financial reform,thus speeding up the reform and innovation of the financial system,at the same time,the scale of the development of commercial banks is also expanding.From 80 to 90s,the domestic commercial banks have made rapid development,its business products,sales model,but also to a new historical stage.The economic development of our country has made great contribution and effect is,however,in the process of sustainable development,the difference of local commercial banks,while the internal financial management of the adverse situation and problems,are continuously exposed,therefore,only with scientific research attitude,problems and causes according to the Commercial Bank of the existing,thorough investigation and study,it can promote the healthy development of domestic commercial banks,financial risk management strategies for effective strategy based on the relatively perfect.This paper is through the international financial macro vision,to come to the domestic local commercial bank financial system,study systematically;secondly,according to the difference between the current local commercial bank deposit,the causes of the current situation and problems of the internal financial management system,search and analysis of the root causes;secondly,from the domestic and foreign related theory and advanced experience in financial management,financial risk prevention measures for domestic commercial banks to provide new measures to improve the financial system,and formulate a new framework.Only strengthen the ability to integrate internal resources,improve financial security management measures,which can comprehensively promote China' s healthy operation,with modern commercial banks so the investigation of this issue has great practical significance and reference significance.
