Research On The “big Data + Quality And Safety” Food Supply Chain Monitoring And Early Warning Mechanism

With the deepening of the reform and opening up and social progress,prompted China’s rising living standards,consumers leads people to a shift in the dietary requirements,not only to "eat" and "eating well",suggests that the demand for food has been transformed from quantity demand to the quality demand,put forward higher request to the quality of the food security.Food safety issue is not only the quality of the food production,especially grain from production to table the whole process of each link are involved,any link threat factors may influence the final quality of the food safety,so to ensure food quality and safety of food production monitoring and control through all the links.From the perspective of supply chain,it is an urgent problem to monitor and warn the whole process of food production,processing,sales and consumption.The whole process of monitoring and early warning is a complex work,the application of big data technology is conducive to the realization of monitoring and early warning.This paper takes the grain supply chain as the research object.First of all,to summarize the existing research results,using literature mining found a way to use big data on food quality and safety monitoring and early warning research of supply chain in the initial stage in China,the monitoring and early warning and early warning system is not yet mature,therefore,this paper chose the food quality and safety of supply chain based on the large data monitoring and early warning as the research object;Second,the theory on food quality and safety,food quality and safety risk early warning theory,supply chain integration theory and big data text mining theory summarizes,in combination with the present situation of food supply chain quality security monitoring and early warning systems at home and abroad analysis,from the point of view of supply chain to build the food quality and safety monitoring and early warning system based on big data;Thirdly,through the analysis of the operation process of the monitoring and early warning system,the long-term cooperation mechanism,trust mechanism,monitoring and early warning information sharing mechanism,monitoring and early warning cooperation mechanism,monitoring and early warning evaluation mechanism,interest coordination mechanism and operation guarantee mechanism of the early warning system among members of the food supply chain are proposed.Finally,because there are still some restrictions on the acquisition of whole-chain data of the food supply chain,the crawler technology is adopted to acquireconsumption data through text mining at the end of the supply chain,and the system function operation is analyzed and practiced from the end of the supply chain.The study of this paper has a certain promoting effect on the monitoring and early warning of food quality safety in China,and has certain practical significance on the guarantee of food quality safety in China.
