China's food safety problems led to various factors, for example, government regulations are incomplete, food quality and safety evaluation system is unreasonable, the lack of food security infrastructure, etc. In analyzing the various factors of food safety control process, it is meaningful from the perspective of enterprise supply chain management of food safety.The main idea of this paper is part of the supply chain management to analyze all the factors affecting food safety, and using AHP management of all aspects of logistics indicators to set a model, The main purpose is to analysis the indicators which are set, and research food production enterprises of food security early warning, evaluation of the overall level of food safety.
