The main idea of ??the concept of rural revitalization strategy gives guidance on how to solve the "agriculture,rural,and peasant" problems.The origin of rural tourism development determines its foothold in the countryside,integrating primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,and driving the economic development of surrounding towns and villages.To increase the income of local farmers.Rural tourism is currently an important way for rural economic development and increasing farmers' income.Based on this,this article studies the rural tourism attractiveness of Fangzheng County in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the influencing factors of rural tourism attractiveness in Fangzheng County,and then puts forward targeted opinions or It is suggested to further improve the attractiveness of rural tourism in Fangzheng County,and provide some help to promote local economic development and increase farmers' income.In this paper,by studying and combing the related literature on rural tourism,the concepts related to rural tourism,tourist attraction,and consumer preferences are defined,and related consumer preference theories,Maslow's demand theory,labor value theory,and Rostow are defined.Comb the economic growth theory.On this basis,an evaluation index system for rural tourism attractiveness in Fangzheng County was established,and the index system was set to three levels using the analytic hierarchy process,which were the target level,the criterion level,and the evaluation factor level.The target layer is the rural tourism attraction of Fangzheng County.The criterion layer includes tourism core resources,tourism services,tourism brand image,and tourism loyalty.The evaluation factor layer includes folk customs,handicrafts,building facilities,clear water quality,ecological environment,air quality,Accommodation comfort,food hygiene characteristics,convenient transportation,infrastructure,tourism facilities,quality of tourism services,popularity,reputation,willingness to revisit,recommendation willingness,based on the analytic hierarchy process,use expert scores to make group decisions to measure indicators.The weight found that the weight of tourism core resources in the criterion layer is 0.4886,the weight of tourism services is 0.2193,the weight of tourism brand image is0.1125,and the weight of tourism loyalty is 0.1797,indicating that tourism core resources are important factors influencing rural tourism attraction in Fangzheng County.In the evaluation factor layer,according to the scores of experts,the top five weightings are recommendation willingness,ecological environment,folk customs,reputation and air quality.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,expert scores were used for group decision-making to measure the weights of indicators.In addition,the last five scores were convenient transportation,perfect infrastructure,popularity,willingness to revisit,and handicrafts.Based on the weight of eachindex,a fuzzy matrix was established for fuzzy evaluation.Based on the weight of each index,a fuzzy matrix was established for fuzzy evaluation.It was found that the comprehensive evaluation score of rural tourism attraction in Fangzheng County was 84.83,indicating that rural tourism in Fangzheng County is attractive.According to the general situation of rural tourism attraction in Fangzheng County,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of rural tourism attraction in Fangzheng County,and gives some suggestions: in terms of tourism core resources,it is necessary to maintain the uniqueness of construction facilities,protect the original ecological environment,promote and innovate handicrafts;in terms of Tourism services,it is necessary to improve the quality of tourism services,build convenient transportation,create characteristic diet,and enhance the food hygiene Establish tourism brand image.
