A Study On The Influence Of The Heterogeneity Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives On Their Income

In recent years,the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a top priority of the country.Increasing farmers' income is the key to solving the " three rural issues".Under the conditions of a market economy,joining cooperatives is conducive to reducing the differences between farmers,and reducing the differences between farmers is helpful to improve farmers 'income level.Therefore,from the perspective of the heterogeneity of cooperative members,this article studies the heterogeneity of members of farmers' professional cooperatives.The impact of gender on income,and put forward countermeasures to improve the income of cooperative membersThis article combines human capital theory,physical capital theory,and farmer behavior theory,and summarizes domestic and foreign research results.Taking the carya cathayensis farmers'professional cooperatives in Lin'an District as an example,the heterogeneity of members is analyzed from three levels:resources,motivation for joining the society,and active participation.Based on the analysis of the development status of carya cathayensis industry in Lin'an District and the development status of carya cathayensis farmers' professional cooperatives in Lin'an District,the characteristics of carya cathayensis farmers in three townships(Changhua Town,Daoshi Town,and Tukou Town)of Lin'an District The form of the questionnaire survey of professional cooperative members,using OLS model,empirically analyzes the impact of heterogeneity of the members of the carya cathayensis farmers' professional cooperatives in Lin'an District on income.The main findings are as followsFirst,the heterogeneity of the resources of carya cathayensis farmers 'professional cooperatives has a significant positive impact on carya cathayensis income and total income.The carya cathayensis land size of members of peasant professional cooperatives significantly affects the members' carya cathayensis income and total income.On an acre of land,the income of carya cathayensis will increase by 3,273 yuan.The level of education has a significant positive impact on carya cathayensis income,but the effect on total income is not significant.Second,the preference of carya cathayensis farmers professional cooperative members is heterogeneous.In order to purchase fertilizers,pesticides,agricultural machinery and other members with preferential prices,the decision has the highest impact on income,and in order for cooperatives to uniformly sell,the decision of members who solve sales difficulties has a second impact on income.The impact is minimal;for the demands of a cooperative society for unified sales,members of higher income levels are more inclined to solve their own sales difficulties.In order to reflect the stability of its system,cooperatives will strive to promote the centralized sales of agricultural products by members.Hickory farmers specialize Heterogeneity of cooperative members' motivation to join The income impact is not significant.Third,the heterogeneity of the enthusiasm of the members of the carya cathayensis farmers' professional cooperatives has a significant positive impact on carya cathayensis income and total income.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed:First,the cooperative should increase the propaganda of farmers' professional cooperatives,and establish and standardize the cooperative system,promote exchanges between cooperative members and scientific research units,and realize the industrialization of carya cathayensis.To improve the cooperative members' own quality and enthusiasm,and the government should increase the benefits of supporting agriculture.
