With the rapid development of life insurance industry,life insurance business competition among insurance companies is becoming more and more fierce.The insurance products and services provided by various companies are similar to each other.The homogeneity of products is serious.The mode of operation and management has not kept pace with the times.They are also providing various insurance services for consumers with the "insurance contract".Science and technology are progressing.And mankind is developing.Now we have entered the era of science and technology.Science and technology are necessary for the sustained and rapid development of life insurance industry.At present,the core operation business process of life insurance companies is tedious,the operation efficiency is low,and the cooperation between departments is not coordinated,which leads to a series of problems that service efficiency and service quality can not meet customer expectations.We can use Internet,cloud platform,mobile client,AI and other technical means to optimize business process,facilitate operation management and provide better service.It is an inevitable trend to combine life insurance business with information technology,which will greatly promote the operation and management of life insurance business as well as the business processes of insurance companies to change.If an insurance company wants to remain invincible in the market,it is essential to optimize its business process and provide more convenient services to customers.Therefore,business process optimization is a necessary condition for the development of life insurance.The deep application of big data and cloud platform information technology will lead to more profound innovation in insurance industry,which can improve insurance efficiency,reduce costs and optimize life insurance business process,let customers experience the "customer-centered"insurance services,so that the face of the life insurance industry has undergone greater changes.Therefore,it is of practical significance to optimize the process of life insurance core business combined with the application of information technology.Taking A life insurance company as an example,this paper studies and analyses the four core business processes of contract insurance business,claim business,customer service business and preservation business,find out the problem,use the theory of process re-engineering and ASME methods to implement business process optimization,and use the Internet,big data,client technology to solve the problems of business process tedious,inefficient,long time,cross-sectoral responsibilities,poor data sharing and so on,to strengthen the A company life insurance operation service management level,optimize the organizational structure,simplify business processes.At present,Company A is actively studying ways and means to improve management quality,simplify the core business processes,and bring better service to customers,so as to enhance core competition.It can provide reference and practical guidance for the optimization of the core business process of life insurance companies.Therefore,this study is of practical significance.
