Research On Industrial Agglomeration Effect Of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone

Under the background of resources and environment becoming the hard constraint of economic growth and high-quality development,the operation of aviation economic zone is born.Its purpose is to promote the agglomeration of high-end factors and related enterprises,further reduce transaction costs,improve production efficiency,better play to the industrial agglomeration effect,and drive regional economic growth.At the same time,the establishment of the "air silk road" can promote the free flow of international factors and further enhance the industrial agglomeration capacity of the aviation economic zone.Therefore,the national aviation economic zone has gradually become an important platform to promote the supply-side structural reform,promote the high-quality development of regional economy and enrich the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy.Although there have been a lot of researches on aviation economic zone and industrial agglomeration effect in existing literatures,there is still a lack of discussion on the overall dynamics of aviation economic zone.In this paper,the industrial agglomeration effect of aviation economic zone is studied from two dimensions,namely agglomeration area and city.This paper use the method of location entropy and CES model to Zhengzhou airport,with regional industrial agglomeration area and typical aviation economic zone of the country’s degree of industrial concentration and industrial cluster effect and time comparison and analysis,the whole to Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone development degree and influence factors of industrial agglomeration effect,the second at the city level synthesis control method is used to set up the impact on the city of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,to detect Zhengzhou air port’s impact on regional industrial agglomeration effect.The research shows that :(1)the degree of the first and third industries in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone is low,while the degree of the second industry is high;(2)at the level of industrial agglomeration,Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone is in the stage of joint growth of industrial agglomeration degree and industrial agglomeration effect.The industrial agglomeration effect is at a high level and has an upward trend.(3)Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone has high scale effect and density effect,but low degree of specialization,that is,fewer high-tech enterprises and poor scientific research level,which will limit long-term development;(4)at the city level,the establishment of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone can improve the non-agricultural labor productivity of Zhengzhou,and the establishment of "air silk road" can better play the industrial agglomeration effect of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.(5)in view of the above reasons,some targeted policy Suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the strategic fulcrum role of Zhengzhou airport in the "air silk road",cultivating first-class enterprises,improving the incentive system,optimizing the business environment,and improving the infrastructure construction.The innovation of this paper is reflected in the following two points :(1)theoretically,it is a new perspective of industrial agglomeration effect analysis to construct an analysis system of industrial agglomeration effect in aviation economic zone from two dimensions of agglomeration area and city.(2)in practice,by analyzing the influencing factors of industrial agglomeration effect in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone,new direct empirical evidence is provided to better play the industrial agglomeration effect in aviation economic zone,which is a new method to better play the industrial agglomeration effect.
