The Research Of Industrial Agglomeration And Its Countermeasures In Anhui Province Based On The Trsnsfer Of Industrics

After long-term accumulation many industry in eastern coastal areas hasentered a mature stage. Along with the industry matures, the developed easternregions suffered severe constraints of the land, human, environmental, and energyand the weakening of comparative advantage. But capital, technology and otherelements would be the advantages of the developed eastern regions. Economicrestructuring and structural adjustment pressures in these areas gradually becomeslarger. Therefore, the power of industry shifted outwards in these regions isincreasing. At the same time, the majority of the central and western regions, withthe improvement of its infrastructure, the upgrading of factor cost advantages andexpansion of industrial development space, the demand of its own industries torelocate has further enhanced. This laid the foundation for industries to relocate.Anhui Province not only connect East to West, but also link South with North.On the one hand, in this area, transportation system is relatively perfect, such as thegolden waterway of the Yangtze River, railway and highway, and it has good location.On the other hand, it linked by mountains and the Yangtze River. It has a good basisfor cooperation because of similar popularity and similar culture. Thus, AnhuiProvince becomes the candidate of Economic radiation of developed eastern regions.However, the transfer of the eastern part of the industry is not evenly distributed.And for the location choice of the eastern transfer industry we focus on the pursuit ofindustrial agglomeration advantages other than the low cost of labor. Therefore, ifthe Anhui Province wants to show talent in the competition, and to attract andundertake the eastern industrial transfer, the key is to implant dominant industry,develop industrial clusters, especially develop the creative industry agglomeration.Anhui Province can gradually form clusters in the local, attract the enterprise outsidethe area enough and cause the agglomeration to go further growth and mature, if itcreate the conditions for forming industry cluster. This paper intends to study theindustrial agglomeration situation in Anhui Province from the theoretical andempirical perspective. So it can give advice for Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer from the perspective of industrial clustering.This paper is divided into seven main chapters. The first chapter is theintroduction part of this paper. It mainly says the background, significance, researchmethods. The second chapter is the elaboration of relevant theory and literaturereview. It describes industrial clustering related concepts and theories of mechanismof industrial agglomeration attracting industrial transfer. And then give a review ofexisting research results on industrial clustering research. The third chapter dealswith the power of undertaking industrial transfer in industrial agglomeration in AnhuiProvince. The fourth chapter analyzes the status of industrial agglomeration in AnhuiProvince, and the obstacles of undertaking industrial transfer in gatheringperspective. The fifth Chapter is empirical analysis. Through building a measure ofindustrial agglomeration static and dynamic indicators, the author can measure thedegree of spatial concentration of the37industry code with industrys double-digitindustrial categories of Anhui Province. We can classify stage of development ofvarious industries according to the calculation results. And then use CES model tomeasure agglomeration effects and decompose its factor. So we can draw a overallpositioning and planning of the development of industrial agglomeration of AnhuiProvince. The sixth chapter is suggestion. To solve the development of cityagglomeration in the process, we put forward advice for the development ofindustrial agglomeration of Anhui Province from four aspects with the base of frontpart. The last part is a conclusion of front analysis results and point out someproblems of this article.
