With the development of economic integration and regional cooperation, win-win situation continues to deepen. As an important form of industrial organization, industrial agglomeration plays an increasingly important role in the economic development and has become the mainstream of economic development. As one of the three economic circle, the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic zone is far behind the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. It is significant that the development of economy can be inproved by industrial agglomeration and preponderant industry. So searching for an efficient and sustainable model of development is imperative. This paper does in-depth analysis on the industry agglomeration in the area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Based on preliminary analysis of the existing models about industrial agglomeration, this paper puts forward comprehensive location quotient model and not-monotone decreasing model which are used to reckon and analyze the agglomeration status. And then get the conclusions that the tertiary industry agglomerate to Beijing, the first and secondary industry agglomerate to Hebei. Besides, getting that different trade agglomerate to different location. The not-monotone decreasing model reflects the spatial characteristics of industrial agglomeration. Based on analysis of existing models about industrial agglomeration effect putting forward modify the CES function model which is used to analyze industrial agglomeration effect. And getting the conclusions that different location has different agglomeration effect in different stage and different production factor has different contribution to the agglomeration effect. All of these provide some basis for optimization of the production factors.
