Research On Human Resource Management Improvement Strategy Of LS Company ZJ Project

Project human resource management is an important part of project management.Whether it is possible to do a good job in project human resource management is directly related to the success or failure of the project.However,from the perspective of practice,project management personnel do not pay enough attention to human resource management,or do not have problems in place.How to avoid and solve these problems makes the project human resource management more effective,which is the focus of this paper.This thesis takes the ZJ system research and development project as the research object.According to the current progress of the project,it finds out the problems existing in the human resource management of the analysis project and discusses the subsequent improvement strategy.This paper first introduces the concept of project human resource management,analyzes the differences and links between project human resource management and general human resource management,and summarizes the relevant characteristics of human resource management of system R&D projects.Next,the ZJ system R&D project is studied.The object analyzes the problems in organizational structure,human resource allocation,project team communication,and performance evaluation of the project team in the human resource management of the project.Finally,using the project human resource management theory knowledge,combined with work practice,the ZJ system The human resources management of the R&D project was optimized and the solution to the problem was formulated.The research results of this thesis can effectively solve the problems in the early stage of the ZJ project and promote the smooth progress of the project.On the other hand,it can provide useful reference for other similar projects in the future,and the project will be more effective at the beginning of the project.Scientific and effective human resource management to avoid repeated problems.
