As economy develops rapidly and quality of life improves,food safety catches the attention.Especially for export food enterprises,they are facing the food detection from the domestic commodity inspection and testing bureau,the food and drug administration and product terminal importing country.G tilapia processed products are mainly sold to Europe,America,Iran,Japan and domestic developed areas,such as Hong Kong.Due to the low labor cost in Vietnam and Tailand,G tilapia processed products are sold at a low price leading to a fierce market competition..But G tilapia processed factories are facing disadvantage factors such as the improvement of labor cost and the uncertainty of raw materials purchase,under these conditions,enterprises must pay attention to the quality of the products if they want to gain competitive advantage and development.Based on the current condition,the only way out for G tilapia processed factories is to improve the quality of the products.This thesis takes G tilapia processed factory as research object.Combining the actual condition of the factory,the method of quality management is used to analyse the study the quality control of the G tilapia processed factory.Firstly,this thesis introduces the current condition of domestic tilapia processed products,the condition of the G tilapia processed factory and the condition of the quality of G tilapia processed and finds out the mainly problem.Secondly,this thesis analyses raw materials,products process and quality management that affects the quality management,and presents the goal and the plan for quality control,then quality control pans for purchase,process and quality of unqualified products.Finally,this thesis presents measures for G tilapia processed based on aspects of consumer demand and expectations from domestic and abroad,internal assessment methods and objectives of factory,the effectiveness of the quality control plans and upgrading of soft and hard environment.Quality control and measures presented by this thesis can help to improve the products quality and competitive strength of G tilapia processed factories.
