Engine is the core part of automobile;the technology development and manufacturing level of engine have directly influence on engine performance.Engine mainly includes three parts:crankshaft,cylinder block and cylinder head,which also affect the machining quality of the engine.Along with the social economy rapid development,automobile varieties have increased to meet the needs of consumers in the automotive industry.Therefore,the production cycle has been shortened;we have more kinds of cylinder block,cylinder head,and crankshaft.Traditional manual quality control method is suitable for mass production.It is difficult to adapt to new situation,variety update faster as a result,the traditional quality control method is faced with enormous challenges.Statistical Process Control techniques(SPC)judge quality based on inspection data.SPC can find the root causes of quality problems in essence,and get more and more attention from enterprises.In this paper,the technology of engine processing quality control has been researched based on SPC.The purpose is to establish quality control method of engine processing combining with the theory of total quality management and HM company actual situation of automobile engine processing quality.In this paper,SPC technology is to statistical analysis of production data in various stages using mathematical statistics methods,and determines whether the production process in a stable state using control charts.In this paper,a control method of the automobile engine processing quality is determined based on SPC and has been applied,which is proved to be effective.It is necessity to put forward the quality control method based on SPC by analyzing the characteristics of the HM company engine processing.At the same time,in order to further improve the quality control and prediction accuracy,this paper adopts the large data theory,and uses SVM to classify the engine machining quality.In order to the effective,the applications in HM Company are studied.The main work is as follows:1.The research significance of quality control technology is analyzed,and the related research status of domestic and foreign are introduced.2.The SPC theory is analyzed mainly includes the basic idea of SPC,the concept and control chart and application principle.3.HM company engine processing quality influencing factors are introduced,and processing quality of HM different branch company has carried on the comparison and analysis.The necessity of SPC quality control method is put forward.4.In view of the quality control method proposed in this paper,sampling inspection of the statistical theory is focused on,the adoption of new rules for quality control.At the same time,the large data theory and the SVM technology are adopted to improve accuracy of quality prediction.5.The applications of SPC in HM company engine are studied.The results show that the proposed SPC technology can effectively control engine machining quality.The validity of SVM is further verified.
