Finance is the product of economic development to a certain stage,accompanied by economic derivative development.After the reform and opening up,China's financial sector has gradually liberalized the restrictions on foreign investment access,and the development of finance is changing with each passing day.In recent years,on the one hand,the country has expanded the opening up of the financial sector,on the other hand,it has merged and established the Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission,and strengthened the supervision of the financial sector.Opportunities and challenges coexist in the new financial situation.In this context,the original policy dividends of state-owned local financial holding platforms are gradually decreasing,and how to share in the financial field of strong supervision and rapid development has become an urgent issue to be considered in the transformation and development of local financial platforms.Establishing an effective performance management system can agglomerate the behavior of enterprises and employees into strategic objectives,give full play to the wisdom of enterprises,significantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and avoid the elimination of local financial holding platforms in the new normal economic environment,which has become an important task facing the managers of gold control platforms.Among many methods of performance management,the performance indicators of balanced scorecard are strategy-oriented and more suitable for the performance management of local financial holding platforms.Taking XT Financial Holding Platform as an example,this paper analyses the problems existing in the original performance management of XT Financial Group through questionnaires,field visits and induction and deduction.Combining with the four dimensions of balanced scorecard,this paper studies how to popularize and apply the performance management method of Balanced Scorecard in XT Financial Platform,and points out the phase pertinently.The corresponding safeguard measures can provide reference for the application of Balanced Scorecard in performance management of local financial control platform.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,research ideas and application methods,and explores the possible innovations in this paper.The second part is the theoretical introduction,which defines the theoretical framework of performance management,clarifies the relevant concepts and methods of performance management,and combs the domestic and foreign research literature of balanced scorecard.The third part introduces the case study of XT Financial Group,including the background,general situation,the current situation of performance management system,and the reasons for the problems and problems in the performance management of XT Financial Group.The fourth part is based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard to optimize the performance management of XT financial group.The fifth part emphasizes the guarantee measures of implementing the performance management method of Balanced Scorecard in XT financial group.Finally,it points out the shortcomings of this paper and the possible research directions in the future.
