Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Innovative Enterprises In Anhui Province

In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it was clearly pointed out that we should speed up the construction of an innovative country.The strategy of building a strong country in science and technology is defined,that is,to enter the ranks of innovative countries by 2020;to be in the forefront of innovative countries by 2035;to be a powerful country in science and technology in the world by 2050,and to become the main scientific center and innovation level in the world.The development of innovative enterprises has become one of the important contents of innovative national strategy.In the process of the development of innovative enterprises,it is a hot issue to evaluate their financial performance correctly and objectively in both theory and practice of enterprise management.However,due to the differences between innovative enterprises and traditional enterprises,the previous evaluation methods and models can not be well applied.In this paper,the financial performance evaluation of innovative enterprises is studied in depth.Based on the actual types and characteristics of innovative enterprises,it is of great significance for the development of enterprises,internal and external stakeholders,governments and countries to establish a scientific enterprise financial performance evaluation system and evaluate its performance correctly.This paper studies the current financial performance evaluation system at home and abroad.The method used to construct the finnancial performance evaluation system of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province is the Wal Scoring Method.Through the analysis of the drawbacks of Wal's scoring method,the traditional Wal's scoring method is revised from two aspects:the selection of financial indicators and the calculation method.From the four aspects of profitability,operating ability,solvency and growth ability,the financial data are analyzed from five aspects of increasing innovation ability.Through a large number of periodical literature,referring to the "Operational Criteria for Enterprise Performance Evaluation" in 2006,the paper synthesizes the characteristics of innovative enterprises and assigns weight to five indicators respectively,and obtains financial performance score by selecting and calculating the revised financial indicators.Through the comparative analysis of the profitability index,the operating ability index,the solvency index,the growth ability index and the innovation ability index of the sample enterprises,the paper evaluates the single financial index and the overall development of the innovative enterprises in Anhui Province,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the innovative enterprises in Anhui Province.Innovative enterprise financial performance evaluation system.This paper starts with six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,and then introduces the current situation of the research on financial performance evaluation of enterprises at home and abroad.The second chapter is the basic theory of enterprise performance evaluation.It introduces the concept of innovative enterprises and the related theory of enterprise financial performance evaluation,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.The third chapter is the introduction of the current situation of the development of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province.Through the analysis of the current situation of enterprise financial performance evaluation,this paper provides a problem-oriented research content.The fourth chapter introduces the construction of the financial performance evaluation index system of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province.This paper mainly introduces the construction principle of financial performance evaluation index,the selection of evaluation index and the connotation of evaluation index.The fifth chapter is the evaluation of financial performance of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province by Wal score method.It introduces sample selection and data sources,weight determination,data processing and result analysis.Chapter 6 introduces the main research conclusions and prospects.Through the research on the financial performance system of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Profitability is closely related to the comprehensive financial performance of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province.(2)The impact of innovation capability on the comprehensive financial performance of innovative enterprises in Anhui Province should not be underestimated.
