The Intellectual Capital And Financial Performance Of Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Relations Study

It is the intellectual time in21century. Each enterprise in the face of technological and the innovation of the product can form the core competitive power in the market in order to obtain the higher financial performance. As the new resource of the intellectual capital, it becomes core power in company management. Therefore, many scientific research institutions, scholars begin to value the intellectual capital, and the effect of research how to through the quantitative analysis method for enterprise intelligence capital can effectively measurement. So far, a series of the results of the study show that:enterprise intellectual capital promotes enterprise’s financial performance in the positive role. As a national strategic industries-biological pharmaceutical industry is concerned, however, the development of the industry is still in the product of a single, repeat the primary phases, countries puts forward the biotech industry "The12th Five-Year Plan" outline in order to guide the healthy development of the industry and benign. Chapter3is expounded intellectual capital in the related concepts and their components after, through the comprehensive evaluation of the intellectual capital measure multiple tool, select intelligence capital appreciation coefficient method (VAIC method) as this paper the intellectual capital evaluation system. According to the analysis of the current China biological pharmaceutical industry situation and development of the cause of the problem, combined with biological pharmaceutical industry characteristics, building intelligence capital evaluation index system and financial performance evaluation system. Chapter4, this paper selects out in our Shanghai, Shenzhen stock market listed biological pharmaceutical enterprise, including small and medium plate and entrepreneurial plate, the92public listed companies the data from2008-2010year, as the research sample, and use of intelligence growth factor method in of each index construct this paper the intellectual capital and financial performance, the relationship between the model, with the aid of statistical analysis software to SPSS19.0Research shows that biological pharmaceutical enterprise intelligence capital of human capital for the enterprise’s financial performance positively promote a more significant role. And the present biological pharmaceutical industry profit growth trend of decline shows that our biological pharmaceutical industry development needs of countries guidance and promote the healthy development of the industry. In chapter5, gives the research conclusion and puts forward the lack of this study, at the same time, the future of intellectual capital research was discussed.
